This is quick and easy cookie recipe was originally shared by Mary, our long-time Kona store manager who retired at the end of 2019. It’s a cookie recipe that has been passed down from her husband’s family and is a holiday staple. Just a handful of ingredients and you have a yummy cookie that’s sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!
Just some notes: The dough will be sticky. Make sure to flour the cookie cutter as well as the surface before cutting. If you’re making a larger cookie, leave it in the oven a bit longer. It’s a naturally soft cookie, but the larger the cookie, the longer it needs to bake.
