All rules and guidelines for submission will still apply to your entry. Please e-mail fabricdfw@gotfabric.com with the subject “Halloween Costume Contest Submission”.
In your e-mail please include the following:

- Your E-Mail Address:
- Your Home Store:
- Category Entering:
- Name and Age of Child (if applicable):
- Description of Your Costume:
- The following line: “I have read, understood, and accept the Terms and Conditions”
Please attach your photo to your e-mail before submitting.
