Maui: July 24 & 25, 2021 Maui Event is Full!
Hilo: July 31 & August 01, 2021
Kona: August 07 & 08, 2021
Kauai: August 27 & 28, 2021
Times will be announced as we get closer to the event or you can inquire at the time of registration.
Cost and What’s Included
The cost for the two day event is $130. (Tax not included.) You will receive a kit with all of the supplies needed to create the projects along with snacks to keep your energy up.
What’s not included: Embroidery thread.
If you’d like, you’re also welcome to either use one of our store embroidery machines or bring your own. Please let us know ahead of time which of the options you prefer so we have either the machine ready for you or the space for your machine. If you’d like, please feel free to bring your own scissors and other cutting tools.
How To Register
To register, please come in to or call your preferred Discount Fabric Warehouse store. Spaces are extremely limited – not only due to the COVID pandemic but also due to the limited amount of kits that we were able to obtain – so seats are expected to go quickly. Your spot is not secure until payment has been made. We are unable to take registration requests through e-mail or social media at this time. All such requests will be ignored.
Deadline to register is July 17.
COVID Safety Guidelines
All attendees will be required to wear a face mask throughout the duration of the event and while you are in our stores. The only time you are allowed to remove your face mask is when you are actively eating or drinking in the event.
If you are ill, please do not attend.
Social distancing will be enforced as much as possible.
