We’re cleaning out our Warehouse and since we weren’t able to have an in-person Warehouse Sale, we decided to have a virtual one!

All of the items on this page are in limited stock and are first come, first served. We are able to ship items to you, but you will need to cover shipping. Please make note of which store the item is located at before contacting as all stores have items listed.

Here’s How it Works:

Browse the page to see if there’s anything you are interested in. Please note that there are some items that are for pick up at the Hilo or Kona store only and cannot be shipped. All items are new, in-box unless otherwise noted. There may be discoloration or damage to the box due to age, but the items are still in perfectly fine condition.
The store locations for each item will be listed. You will need to contact the appropriate store to claim the items. Some items are located at multiple stores and can be claimed while supplies last. Questions regarding any items must be directed to the store with the item. Please do not ask one store to call another to inquire about an item.
If the item says “Hilo Store” please call (808) 935-1234 to claim the item. If it says “Kauai Store” please call the Kauai store at (808) 246-2739 to claim the item. Kona Store items can be claimed by calling (808) 326-7474. Maui Store items can be claimed by calling (808) 871-6900.
If you need items shipped, please let the sales person know. They will request your name and mailing address (depending on the size of the item and the number of items you are purchasing, shipping may be through UPS or USPS, we will go with whichever method is the most cost-efficient for you. If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know. We are unable to ship through FedEx.) And yes, if you purchase from two locations, you will have shipping charges from each. (Free pick up only applies to items that are located at that specific store (with the exception of Hilo items being able to be picked up at the Kona store) unless otherwise noted.)
Once we have a total for you, including shipping, we will contact you for final payment. If you are picking up at the the location where the items are located we will give you your total when you call to claim the items and payment can be made at pick up. Payment must be made before items are shipped. You have 24 hours to make payment or your items will be released.
We are unable to hold items while you decide if you want them or not. If you have been given a total, we can keep the items for you for 24 hours while we are awaiting payment, but transactions must be completed within 24 hours.
When your items have shipped, you can request to receive a tracking number by e-mail. Please let your sales person know.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us through e-mail at fabricdfw@gotfabric.com. We cannot give you inventory counts or take any orders through e-mail as we expect items to go quickly. We will try to keep this page as accurate as possible.

Four strong castors and an extendible handle makes it easy to move your machine and accessories around, be it to classes or on holiday. As the top handle is retractable, it’s also easy to fit on the back seat or in the boot of your car.

The large zipped opening on the top of the bag gives easy access to your machine inside. All sides of the trolley bag are also padded for extra protection and has Velcro ties inside to secure your machine.

The front, left and right sides of the bag have handy pockets with magnetic catches for your accessories. The rear of the bag also has a large zipped pouch for further storage. There’s also a further two elasticated pouches inside for even more accessories.

The trolley bag is also suitable for other large sewing and embroidery machines as the interior dimensions measure approximately 74cm wide x 34cm deep x 40cm high.
