Fabric, Pattern, and Yardage Sales
All fabric, pattern, and yardage sales are FINAL. There are very few exceptions to this policy and would be at the discretion of the store manager.
Packaged Items
Packaged items (such as packaged notions, needles, etc. Items that are not sold by the yard and do not need to be cut) returned within 7 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be unopened, new, and resalable. All sales are final after 7 days of purchase date.
Sewing Machine and Vacuum Sales
Any sewing machine and vacuum claims and returns must be accompanied by your original receipt. All returns on sewing machines and vacuums within 7 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All sales are final after 7 days of purchase.
