Here’s what you cannot use this form to contact us about:
- Questions regarding the individual stores. If you have a question or comment about one of our stores, please go to the individual store page and send in the form on there. Any questions or comments regarding our stores get forwarded to the store managers, so that’s the best way to get in contact with the stores aside from phone.
- Any questions regarding our online store, Got Fabric. If you have any questions about the inventory of the site or the status of your order, please use the contact information contained on that site.
- Technical advice. It is difficult to determine what could be the issue with your machine or project without being able to see it in person. If you are unable to visit one of our stores, please give us a call and we will try to assist you that way.
If you are inquiring about the availability of fabric, please make sure that you have a picture of the fabric you are looking for and that you give us adequate time to locate the fabric if we do have it in inventory. You are able to use this form to submit your inquiry, and we will get back to you for more information. Our minimum turnaround time for such requests is 1 week to locate the fabric and then any shipping time to your location.
Please note that the E-mail address that this form goes to is only monitored limited hours. If your question or request is time-sensitive, it may be best to contact one of our stores directly.
We are available through E-mail Monday – Friday, from 9AM – 5PM HST. However, please give us at least 24 hours to respond to your E-mail. Sometimes additional time is required so we can research an answer for you, but typically responses will come within 24 hours.
