Interested in taking a class at one of our four locations? Here’s where you can find all of our class policies and information before you sign up! If you have any questions regarding these class policies, please contact the individual store.
Registration
Registration for all of our classes and events is mandatory. Due to limited space at each of our locations, we’d like to make sure that we have adequate room and supplies for those attending our classes. Unless otherwise noted in the class listing, we require registration at least 48 hours before the class is to begin.
Payment
If there is a class fee, payment is required to secure your spot in the class. Unless you have made alternative arrangements, please make sure to pay any class fees prior to attending the class.
Supply Lists
Any supply lists for classes will be given at the time of payment. Unless specified that supplies and other materials are included in the class fee, you will need to purchase additional items to be able to complete the class project. Any questions regarding the list should be directed to the store manager or class teacher. Our Discount Fabric Warehouse staff members will be able to help you locate any of the items required for the class in our store.
Cancellation
If registration is low for a class, it may be cancelled. This is at the discretion of the teacher. If class is cancelled, all registered students will be notified and refunds will be offered if the class is not rescheduled.
If you are unable to attend a class you have already paid for, please let the store manager know as soon as you know you will not be able to make it. Store credit towards another class or a refund may be offered.
Other Class Notes
Each of our locations schedules their own classes. This means that a class that is offered at one store may not be offered at another. If you are interested in a specific class, please feel free to let the store manager know that you would be interested in attending a class on that subject. We cannot guarantee that a class will be scheduled, but if there is enough interest, it might be something the manager will look into.
Any handouts, patterns, or instructions that are distributed in a class (and was not a part of a supply list to be purchased ahead of time or is not a kit that can be purchased through our store) is the property of the individual class teacher. Please do not redistribute without the permission of the teacher.
