In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve decided to continue refraining from in-person events at most of our stores at this time. But, we still want to offer you some fun virtual events!
Our first virtual embroidery event of 2021 is the popular Kimberbell Sewin’ With My Gnomies event! This two-day virtual event will take place on January 22 & 23, 2021 on Facebook! Registration will be limited to 10 participants so sign up today!
Date: January 22 & 23, 2021
Time: 10AM – 3PM Each Day (or until we’re done with the projects for that day)
Place: Wherever you’re accessing Facebook from. (You must have a Facebook account to be able to access the virtual event.)
Cost: $165 (includes all of the materials for the projects! You provide the embroidery machine.)
What You’ll Be Learning
You’ll be working on numerous fun projects over the course of the 2 days! From a tote to an apron to a sewing caddy! It’s all so adorable! Visit the Kimberbell Sewin’ With My Gnomies page to find out more about the projects you’ll be working on. All of the materials for each of these projects will be provided in your kit!
How Does This Work?
To register for this event, complete this form and submit it! We’ll send you a PayPal invoice and once it’s paid, your registration will be secure. We’re will be e-mailing a link to all paid participants so that they can join the private Facebook group.
On each day of the event, you can either log on during the times provided and watch each project as the instructional video premiers on the Facebook page or you can watch it on your own time. During the premiere, someone from Discount Fabric Warehouse or Hawaii Creative Sewing will be in the comments to answer any questions you may have! Each project will premiere at a different time and we’ll have that schedule posted in the group before the event begins.
The videos in the group will stay up for the foreseeable future. Once the event has taken place, no new membership requests will be approved. We ask that you do not invite anyone who has not paid the registration fee to join the group as they will be denied.
If you have any questions regarding this event, please e-mail us at email@example.com. This our first time hosting a virtual event through Facebook and we look forward to learning with you!
